On November 29th, the Borough held its annual Tree Lighting at the North Catasauqua Park. Charotin Hose Co. transports Santa Claus and the Mrs. on the last leg of their journey from the North Pole for the annual lighting of North Catty's Christmas Tree.
Children at the Tree Lighting talked with Santa and told him what they wanted for Christmas, as well as dance with Rhonda and Randy the Reindeer.
The Charotin Hose Co. will escort Santa Claus as he delivers gifts to North Catasauqua's children and residents. Secret Santa will be held Sunday, December 13, 2015.
Any resident of North Catasauqua may have Santa visit their home. Only residences within the Borough of North Catasauqua will be visited. Surprise your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, god children, grandparents, family, or friends with a visit from Santa Claus.
Completed registration forms and Santa’s gifts may be dropped off at the Charotin Hose Co. offices in the basement of Borough Hall (use Arch St. door) on Monday, November 30th, or Monday, December 7th. Please have each gift securely wrapped and labeled with the recipient’s name and address.
Visits will start at 10:00 am and you must be home when we visit. Visits are arranged in the most efficient route of travel for Santa and his helpers. We will try to honor special request delivery times but can not and will not guarantee a specific time. Santa’s helpers will make sure that the gift you provide will be given to your child, family member, or friend during their visit from Santa.
